Dear colleagues,
We are delighted to invite you to our BPIDG training course, aiming to teach non-immunologists how to recognize a primary immunodeficiency. During this 1-day course we will learn you the basics of PID and make you familiar with pattern recognition through interactive case discussions, blended with theoretical background when necessary. The course is available for all colleagues (internal medicine, pediatrics, GP’s, ENT specialists, dermatologists etc), experienced or still in training. The course will be led by some of Belgians most experienced colleagues in the field of PID.
Who?
Pediatricians, Internal Medicine, ENT specialists, GP, Clinical biologists, Fellows in training and scientist in the world of immunology and other interested colleagues.
What?
In the morning we will give you some background information about PID. In the afternoon we will discuss cases.
Why?
Immune deficiencies can be hard to spot. This course will give the non -immunologist some practical guidelines how to recognize patients with a potential problem in the immune system.
Fee
The course is free for BPIDG members; For Non members: 50 euro to be payed in advance.
